Full-Stack Team Leader

About the Role We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Leader to join our innovation team at freesbe. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the most cutting-edge projects within the group, including advanced web solutions and applications used by thousands of customers daily. The role includes managing a team of developers and QA professionals, while dedicating 50% of your time to hands-on development. Responsibilities Leading and managing a professional and dynamic team of developers and QA testers. Driving innovative and technological projects. Hands-on development of advanced web solutions and applications. Collaborating with various departments across the group to provide tailored technological solutions. Ensuring high-quality architecture, code standards, and the implementation of new technologies. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in leading a development team. At least 4 years of experience in web and app development. Strong understanding of CI/CD processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team. Required Technologies Frontend: React.js / Next.js / Redux / React Native Backend: Node.js / Python / PostgreSQL Advantages Experience with Strapi or similar tools. Proficiency in TypeScript. Knowledge of GraphQL. Working with RESTful APIs. Experience with nginx. Why Join Us?
