Senior System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team.

This is a full-time position, requiring availability for on-call support 24/7 as needed.

The role involves managing complex server environments, implementing security solutions, and working with cloud technologies in a dynamic and innovative organization.

• Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, including patching, monitoring, backups, and network diagrams
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and user permissions
• Operate and manage VMware virtualization environments
• Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS)
• Manage storage and backup systems (SAN / NAS / Commvalut)
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide technical support
• Work with security systems – Firewall, WAF, Anti-Virus, SIEM
• Develop IT automation scripts using PowerShell / Bash / Python
• Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and improvements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator in a large/global organization
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux systems administration
• Proven experience with VMware virtualization – mandatory
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments – Azure / AWS – significant advantage
• Experience with storage and backup systems (NetApp, EMC, Commvalut)
• Knowledge and experience in IT security and networking
• Ability to lead infrastructure projects end-to-end
• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Strong service orientation, self-learning ability, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills

• Full-time position (Sunday to Thursday)
• Availability for 24/7 on-call support as required
