FS Data Engineer

As we scale our operations and digital presence, we are looking for our first data professional to lay the foundations of our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities

About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Data professional to build and own our data function from the ground up. 

You will design and implement data pipelines, integrate diverse data sources, and enable teams across the company to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable data pipelines from multiple sources (CRM, website, e-commerce, marketing tools, and more).
• Integrate with external APIs and internal systems to gather structured and unstructured data.
• Establish and maintain a modern data infrastructure tailored to company needs.
• Implement tools and dashboards for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Collaborate with the management to identify data needs and deliver insights.
• Define and promote best practices in data engineering, quality, and governance.
• Act as the go-to expert for all things data, from infrastructure to insights.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Proven experience building data pipelines, integrating APIs, and working with CRM systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern data stack tools (e.g., Airflow, DBT, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar).
• Strong SQL and Python skills; familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Comfortable working independently and building systems from scratch.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
• Passion for health, wellness, or nutrition – a plus!
