Category Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Category Manager to join a leading and well-known consumer brand based in Herzliya.

This is a dynamic and impactful role for someone passionate about category strategy, product development, and market trends.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the Toiletries category under the private label brand
• Build and execute the category’s strategic plan, including feasibility studies and trend analysis
• Oversee product development, commercial negotiations, supplier selection, and assortment expansion
• Ensure smooth product onboarding into the system, including SKU setup and coordination with logistics for inventory management
• Lead marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for the category
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders across the organization
• Curate product collections and concepts based on consumer trends and market needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree – mandatory | MBA – advantage
• Proven experience in brand/category management in consumer goods – mandatory
• Experience in retail category/brand management – advantage
• Background in product development and commercial strategy
• Strong multi-tasking and cross-functional project management skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong written and spoken English – must (work with suppliers)
• Creativity and a strong design-oriented vision
