We are looking for an experienced Head of Innovation to lead and drive both internal and external innovation within a dynamic and operational organization. This role involves:
- Initiating, developing, and overseeing activities that accelerate entry into new fields or foster groundbreaking technological advancements with short-term operational impact or long-term strategic value.
- Developing and embedding an innovative organizational culture while managing community relations and staying connected to emerging trends and the broader technology ecosystem.
- Leading a team and managing cross-functional innovation projects.
Requirements:
- Advanced academic degree (Master’s degree or higher).
- At least 5 years of experience in R&D.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Innovation role.
- At least 3 years of experience in direct team management.
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Defense Technology - A plus.
- Academic background in Engineering or Exact Sciences - A plus.
