We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Team Lead to take ownership of the design and development of our cutting-edge medical technology. Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of the core components of the company’s product.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary R&D team.
• Own and execute the company’s software roadmap.
• Manage daily stand-ups and cross-functional communication.
• Oversee R&D project planning and execution.
• Lead the transfer of software from development to production.
• Prioritize R&D tasks in collaboration with the product team.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Improve internal workflows and development methodologies.
• Research and implement new technologies.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on development experience in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with Ubuntu and embedded Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services: Greengrass, IoT, ECS, ECR, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, Lambda.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (React, Nest.js, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Docker.
• Strong leadership skills– demonstrated through initiative, ownership, or relevant experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a medical device company or other regulated industry.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of medical device communication protocols.
