A fast-growing data and storage startup developing a cutting-edge AI-driven data platform. Their all-flash storage solution leverages advanced data compression algorithms to reduce costs and help organizations extract more value from their data.

The company has 700 employees worldwide, including 300 in Israel across R&D centers in Tel Aviv and the north. They work in a hybrid model (2 days from home) and are located near a train station.

Founded a decade ago, the company is profitable, serves Fortune 500 clients globally, and has raised $400M at a $9.1B valuation.

Role:

Backend development in C++ on Linux, as part of a core engineering team building next-gen data infrastructure for AI.

Requirements:

3 years of hands-on experience in C/C++ development
Proven track record of excellence – experience at a top-tier company, B.Sc. from a leading university, or service in an elite tech unit (preferably extended service)
Advantage: experience with Multithreading or Storage systems
