Growth Content Manager

We’re looking for a strategic content thinker who can turn ideas into content that drives real growth. You’ll help shape direction across teams, write it yourself, and bring clarity, creativity, and analytical thinking to everything you do.

This isn’t a role for fluffy copywriters or content bots. You get how content moves the business forward—and you're fun, sharp, and easy to work with. No egos. Bonus points if you’re a little funny.

• Plug into multiple teams (growth, product, partnerships) to shape content ideas and direction
• Join brainstorms and contribute to creative ideas, angles, and messaging
• Take messy or half-formed ideas and turn them into clear, smart content plans
• Write high-quality content yourself—emails, landing pages, blog posts, social, video scripts, etc.
• Use ChatGPT as a creative partner—ideation, outlining, drafting, editing
• Brief and collaborate with freelancers (writers, designers, editors) when needed
• Keep an eye on performance and help iterate based on what’s actually working
• Be a genuinely enjoyable person to work with—low ego, good vibes, and collaborative

• Native-level English writing (U.S.-born or raised is a strong advantage)
• Excellent writing skills—clear, confident, and tailored to purpose and audience
• Strategic content thinking—you care about why something exists, not just how it sounds
• Analytical mindset—you want content that performs, not just gets published
• Strong grasp of how to use ChatGPT properly (prompting, editing, iteration)
• Ability to collaborate with freelancers and turn a strategy into execution when needed
• Comfortable working across teams and adapting to different voices, goals, and formats
• Low-ego, kind, sharp, and ideally a little funny—someone people actually want to brainstorm with
