We are looking for a Senior Interaction Designer with mobile experience to join our mobile platform team. In this role, you will drive improvements to mobile design by creating scalable, component-driven solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience across tools and workflows, ensuring that design solutions are consistent and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve mobile user experiences by developing reusable components and patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering managers to plan and prioritize design work.
• Contribute to a mobile design system that supports design consistency across tools and features.
• Work with UX architects and other designers to ensure an integrated user experience across the platform.
• Conduct user research and prototype new designs to validate and refine solutions.
• Advocate for mobile-first design best practices across teams.
• Present design solutions and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UX or Interaction Design, with significant mobile app design experience.
• Strong knowledge of mobile UX patterns and best practices for iOS and Android.
• Experience building and maintaining component-based design systems in tools like Figma.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and UX research.
• Experience with prototyping and conducting user research.
• Ability to manage design projects, including planning and scoping work in collaboration with others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with complex B2B systems or construction technology is a plus.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
