Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Software Engineering Team Lead to head our API Integration efforts across diverse SaaS platforms. This role will combine hands-on development with strategic team leadership. You will guide a team of engineers to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient API solutions, ensuring seamless integration and management of security-related data from multiple sources. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers focused on API development and integration, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Design, architect, and oversee the implementation of API integration solutions that enable secure access to and management of security data from various SaaS platforms.
• Drive technical excellence by setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and guiding best practices in API development and data processing.
• Ensure operational excellence by monitoring API performance, implementing observability tools, and leading troubleshooting efforts.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in SaaS APIs, integration frameworks, and data security, and ensure the team remains on the cutting edge.
• Own team roadmap planning, execution, and delivery timelines.
  
  

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Go and proven experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs. Including CLIs (command line interfaces)
• Deep understanding of OAuth2, API authentication mechanisms, and secure data handling practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead complex technical projects end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional partnership.
  
  

• Experience working with or integrating SaaS platforms (e.g., Okta, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, etc.)
• Familiarity with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience scaling engineering teams and helping shape hiring and onboarding processes.
