Controller & Financial Analyst

The Controller & Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting in and managing the accounting and financial reporting functions. The role requires deep knowledge of accounting reporting standards, proficiency in financial software, and experience working with companies in the high-tech industry. The position will report to the local CFO, based in our office in Rehovot.

Responsibilities:

• Implement a new analytical accounting method in the company (standard costs, tracking production and R&D hours) with the corresponding local ERP adaptation.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and cash flow statements, in compliance with Local law.
• Monitor and analyze expenses vs. budget by cost center and present relevant reports and analysis to local management.
• Contribute to the budgetary process: Business Planning process (participating in internal reviews, reviewing schedules for submission to headquarters, preparing necessary supplementary worksheets / information as required to support planning assumptions)
• Analyze financial data and generating management reports for senior executives.
• Conduct financial analyses and cost calculations to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and manage internal and external audit processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics/Business Administration – Mandatory.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license – Significant advantage.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in financial planning in the high-tech industry – Mandatory.
• Experience with ERP systems (Priority, SAP) & Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in Excel and BI. – Priority.
• Experience in management accounting and industrial cost accounting – Mandatory.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to prepare and present financial presentations in English - Mandatory.
• Fluent in French both written and spoken – Significant Advantage
• Experience working with global companies – Advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
