A Day In Your Life

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend solutions to support business needs.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on design proposals, ensuring high-quality implementations.
• Maintain, extend, and improve existing backend services to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to support end-to-end solution delivery when necessary.
• Conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and maintain a high standard of code quality.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor production backend services, ensuring high availability, performance, and rapid incident resolution.
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong grasp of system design and architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience in frontend development (React/Vue/Angular).
• Proven expertise in Microservices architecture and designing scalable services.
• Deep understanding of synchronous and asynchronous flows.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following backend languages: Go (preferred), Python, or Node.js.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of designing efficient, scalable solutions.
