About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and AI-adept Product Manager to lead development and commercialization of a flagship product, a new analyzer poised to disrupt the hematology laboratory market. This role is pivotal to Scopio’s mission, and the Product Manager will oversee the product through all stages – from development and validation to launch and market scaling – collaborating with data science, clinical, design, regulatory, marketing and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities Include

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Scopio’s strategic objectives and commercial goals.
• Execution and Delivery: Translate complex clinical and operational needs into clear product requirements and development milestones. Work closely with the computer vision team to optimize product performance.
• Clinical and Commercial Readiness: Collaborate with medical and regulatory teams to support clinical validations and usability testing.
• Customer and Market Insight: Serve as the internal voice of large-scale hematology labs, building relationships with key opinion leaders and early-access users to refine the product and uncover new opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management for products with AI/ML at their core
• Proven track record managing complex B2B products, ideally from concept through launch
• Strong technical acumen to partner closely with computer vision and software teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles with hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
