Senior Technical Consultant – Global Software Company

A global software company is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with expertise in implementing supply chain software solutions and strong proficiency in SQL.

Responsibilities:

✅ Analyze business processes and customer requirements, design solutions, and document (Blueprint).

✅ Configure advanced systems and perform customizations as needed.

✅ Support and lead UAT testing and go-live phases, including test definition, scenario execution, and issue resolution.

✅ Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues in the production environment during implementation.

✅ Offer feedback on implementation and support challenges to global development and support teams.

✅ Apply and promote implementation methodologies across projects.

✅ Collaborate closely with partners and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

✅ Accurately document billable hours for clients.

Requirements:

🎯 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.

🎯 Strong command of Microsoft SQL – advanced level.

🎯 5+ years of experience in software implementation and support, preferably with WMS systems.

🎯 Background in logistics and warehouse operations.

🎯 Advantage: Experience with warehouse automation tools (Pick-to-Light, Put-to-Client, Put-Wall, Voice Picking, etc.), slotting, and workforce management.

🎯 Fluent in Hebrew and English – both spoken and written
