System Analyst

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our team in a financial organization in Central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, detailed business, functional and technical specifications for core systems

-Work with development teams to ensure proper implementation of specifications, providing support and clarification as needed throughout the project lifecycle

-Conduct system analysis and provide recommendations for improvements in functionality, performance, and scalability of core systems

-Participate in testing activities, including writing test cases, conducting user acceptance testing and ensuring that systems meet business needs

-Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system functionality and performance

-Work with databases, including writing SQL queries to extract, analyze and validate data

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in systems analysis
• Experience in writing business, functional and technical specifications for core systems
• Knowledge of the general insurance or health insurance industry
• Familiarity with AS400 and DB2 environments
• Experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data
