A leading company is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Data Department to lead its data strategy and drive transformative business impact across all organizational domains.

In this role, you will be responsible for turning data into a strategic asset — leveraging advanced data science tools, including AI, deep analytics, customer journeys, and marketing campaigns to fuel data-driven decision-making and business growth.

You will lead two professional teams:

• Data Science & AI Team: Developing advanced models, with a strong emphasis on AI use cases.
• Analytics & Campaign Management Team: Managing organizational campaigns, customer journeys, and providing critical business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-year data strategy to fully capitalize on the company's rich data assets.
• Execute the strategic plan, ensuring delivery of defined goals and business outcomes.
• Oversee identification and prioritization of high-impact business use cases, manage model development, and ensure successful implementation.
• Design and manage customer journey campaigns across all business lines.
• Proactively initiate analytical projects to support key business needs and growth opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead cross-organizational, complex analytical projects.
• Manage market research activities, focusing on marketing effectiveness and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a data department in a financial services environment — mandatory.
• Proven success in managing cross-organizational data initiatives.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
