We are looking for our next- New Product Introduction Engineer
Job Description:
- Lead the transition from product development to mass production
- Manage and support the transfer of products from R&D to manufacturing
- Write assembly instructions and manufacturing documentation
- Provide ongoing technical support to the production line
- Work closely with subcontractors performing manufacturing activities
- Oversee work quality and ensure compliance with production standards
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in NPI (New Product Introduction)
- Strong familiarity with manufacturing processes and engineering/production methodologies
- Experience in writing assembly instructions and production documentation
- Knowledge of procedures and workflows in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in SolidWorks – mandatory
- Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment
