We are looking for our next- New Product Introduction Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead the transition from product development to mass production
• Manage and support the transfer of products from R&D to manufacturing
• Write assembly instructions and manufacturing documentation
• Provide ongoing technical support to the production line
• Work closely with subcontractors performing manufacturing activities
• Oversee work quality and ensure compliance with production standards

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in NPI (New Product Introduction)
• Strong familiarity with manufacturing processes and engineering/production methodologies
• Experience in writing assembly instructions and production documentation
• Knowledge of procedures and workflows in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in SolidWorks – mandatory
• Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment
