Product manager

Backslash Security is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge security solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, user needs, and market dynamics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business objectives while delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver product features on time and within budget.
• Develop and prioritize a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings continuously.
• Lead product launch efforts, including training, marketing, and sales enablement.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience using product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
