As an NPI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our electronic products from concept to production. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the development of RF and digital circuit boards.
• Implementing manufacturing, testing, and maintenance procedures.
• Overseeing advanced testing equipment (jigs), writing specifications, and managing subcontractors.
• Transferring products from development to production and supporting ramp-up processes.
• Managing engineering change orders (ECOs).
• Conducting failure analysis, preparing reports, and recommending improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting digital and RF electronic boards down to the component level.
• Experience with complex systems involving hardware, software, and FPGAs.
• Excellent technical English.
• Experience in electronic board development, analog/digital circuits, and testing processes (Boundary Scan, JTAG) is a plus.
• Experience with manual and automated test equipment in digital/RF development or production is an advantage.
