This is a full-time hybrid role as a Co Managing Partner at YD Investments located in Raanana, with some work from home flexibility. The Co Managing Partner will be responsible for overseeing strategic investments in healthcare startups, providing hands-on expertise, and driving progress in medical devices, cancer research, hearing, and vision healthcare sectors. The role involves collaborating with startups, universities, and researchers to support innovation and global healthcare transformation.

• Financial Analysis, Investment Strategy, and Portfolio Management skills
• Experience in healthcare startups, venture capital, or investment management
• Leadership, Decision-making, and Strategic Planning skills
• Excellent Communication and Relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and challenges
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in healthcare innovation or startup ecosystem is a plus
