Role Overview:
To support our aggressive growth targets, we are expanding our marketing team and looking for a Marketing Expert who will take the lead in developing marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, branding, content creation, and marketing material production. The role also involves performance analysis and process optimization. This is a dynamic and impactful position that will have a direct influence on the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans.
- Analyze and optimize digital campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, business development, and management teams.
- Work with Marketing Automation systems.
- Produce marketing materials, newsletters, presentations, videos, landing pages, and more.
- Manage the company website on WordPress, including content writing and uploads, user experience, measuring site performance, and creating landing pages.
- Work with external vendors, including SEO, PPC, social media, design, and content providers.
- Stay updated on digital trends, advertising platform changes, and search engine updates, and identify opportunities for performance improvement and marketing innovation.
Required Professional Experience:
- At least 4 years of proven success in a similar role, including planning and leading B2B marketing activities, implementation, and measurement – a must!
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field – a must. A Master's degree is a significant advantage.
- High proficiency in both Hebrew and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Full proficiency in digital advertising, including content, campaigns, and management of digital assets (Email Marketing, Google/Facebook/LinkedIn, Social Media Marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.).
Required Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on excellence, initiative, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust quickly.
- High motivation to succeed and a commitment to achieving targets.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and providing insights.
