Cybersecurity Process Control Manager

The role involves monitoring, managing, and overseeing findings, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities arising from various cybersecurity activities. These include assessments, compliance with information security standards, penetration testing (PT), cybersecurity defense systems, proactive scanning, and more. The position requires collaboration with technical teams, security teams, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders within the organization to ensure effective remediation and implementation of findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Management of Findings: Track findings, vulnerabilities, and weaknesses identified by various information security tools, ensuring timely handling, updating, and regular reporting.
• Providing Technological Solutions and Risk Management Advice: Offer professional advice and guidance to management and technical teams on risk management, prioritization, coordination, and implementation of corrective actions within deadlines.
• Preparation of Reports: Develop in-depth and routine reports on the current state, tools, methodologies, documentation of findings, and the status of corrective actions.
• Collaboration with Senior Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers and senior stakeholders to ensure all cybersecurity vulnerabilities and critical areas receive timely attention.
• Participation in Defining Procedures and Standards: Actively contribute to defining protocols, standards, and work processes to prevent vulnerabilities and improve the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance monitoring and management processes using modern and innovative information security technologies.

Role Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in information security or managing technological projects—mandatory.
• Team Collaboration: Proven experience working with technical teams and the ability to meet goals while managing risks.
• Tools Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with monitoring and cybersecurity tools, including vulnerability scanning systems (e.g., CNAPP, SIEM)—mandatory.
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of information security, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity technologies, and systems—mandatory.
