Finance Business Partner

For our client, a multinational company operating in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner. The purpose of the role is to lead and develop the finance function to achieve set targets, foster productive growth, ensure compliance, and support team development. The role involves leading financial decision-making and guiding the finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on management of payroll, accounting, collections, and credit departments. This includes activity planning, daily operations, and driving operational improvements;
• Personal involvement in key financial processes, including budget preparation, month-end closing, and handling regulatory matters;
• Managing ongoing relationships with banks, accountants, and external consultants;
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with legal and regulatory standards;
• Leading the finance team, which includes credit & collection, payroll, procurement, and supplier payments.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
• High proficiency in English;
• 5+ years in a similar role, gained in structured multinational corporations operating in the industrial sector;
• Proven experience in managerial roles, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently;
• Previous experience in budget preparation, month-end closing, VAT, and liaising with accounting firms;
• Willingness to travel abroad;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
