In this career-level position, individuals perform complex work linked to organizational goals under minimal supervision and with broad latitude for independent judgment.

Responsibilities Include

• Is considered highly skilled and proficient in the discipline
• Assists less experienced peers
• Interacts with solution development and product ownership teams to give feedback, discuss and document design issues, investigate problems, and develop solutions to meet the technological needs of users
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of the organization’s products and/or services
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills and effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyzes and tests software to ensure that products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards
• Actively participates in the entire software development life cycle, including developing quality standards through participation in initial software development stages and testing software in later stages of development for reliability and accuracy
• Accurately documents activities, processes, and test outcomes
• May develop customized test procedures for the organization’s products
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of at least one PPM solution and its supporting technologies
• Possesses growing competencies in multiple other PPM solutions
• Knowledgeable in one or more engineering disciplines within the industry
• Serves as a key stakeholder to help drive changes and improvements to PPM solutions
• Contributes to status updates on critical issues to management
• Develops strong proficiencies in Customer Relationship Management systems
• May conduct customer training when required
