Investment Analyst

Gravity Private Wealth is an international boutique investment advisory firm for entrepreneurs, ultra-high net worth families, and institutions. We are fully independent and privately-owned and provide a forward-looking and solutions-driven approach to wealth management. With presence in 4 countries (UK, Israel, Greece, Cyprus), we work closely with top-tier banking and investment partners to provide holistic solutions to a wide range of clients.

As part of our Investment Strategy function, you will be responsible for:

Investment Management:

• Implementation of strategy decisions and vehicle selection across public and private markets.
• Transmission and execution of client orders in a timely and efficient manner across multiple markets and banking platforms.
• Due diligence and monitoring of private markets investments.
• Continuous monitoring of portfolios and broader investment environment and tactical portfolio recommendations/decisions.
• Production of regular investment reports, outlooks and other material.

Onboarding: Support the Client Advisors Team in the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering required documentation, coordinating account openings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Record Maintenance:

• Maintain client records and update CRM systems with relevant information and interactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Oversight of portfolio data flows into the internal portfolio management/reporting platform.

Client Communication: Coordinate with the Client Advisors Team client communications and follow-ups to ensure prompt responses and effective service, acting as a point of contact for client inquiries.

Banking Liaison: Communicate with banks and financial institutions regarding client documentation, account openings, and transactions, ensuring smooth operations.

Skills & experience we are looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably related to finance, economics, engineering or mathematics. A relevant master’s degree would be appreciated, but not required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in banking, wealth management or other similar function. Specific order execution experience is required across stocks, bonds, ETFs and mutual funds.
• Sound understanding of investments across asset classes. Familiarity with private market concepts and structures would be appreciated.
• Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications (CFA, IMC, regulatory licenses) are highly valued.
• Risk management and control experience preferably gained in a financial markets-facing environment.
• Adaptability and a growth mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks in a dynamic, small-team setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English, and comfort presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Being technically minded with excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and comfort with handling large datasets.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. A client-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential.
