We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Clinical Delivery Scientist to join our Clinical Data Science team to drive scientific insights and deliver impactful results for our customers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the end-to-end execution of delivery projects using internal tools for data preparation, model development, clinical simulations, and insight generation. 
•  Act as a liaison between QH and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. 
• Work collaboratively with Clinical, Data Science, and Platform teams to ensure project requirements are accurately defined and met. 
• Ensure on-time delivery of project milestones, including the management of timelines, analysis, and simulation plans. 
• Address complex research questions through data analysis and clinical simulations on the QH platform, tailored to customer needs. 
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing project readouts, conclusions, and scientific recommendations to optimize clinical protocols.  
• Drive project execution from ideation to completion, including preparing meetings and presentations, ensuring scientific rigor and quality standards are met. 
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, R&D, and product development, to continuously improve our platform and customer experience. 

Qualifications: 

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD or MSc) in biology, immunology, biotechnology, epidemiology, or a related scientific field. 
• Experience in scientific project management within a clinical data context. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, while ensuring attention to detail. 
• Research and results-oriented mindset and strong scientific thinking. 
• Technologically savvy, with a willingness to learn and work with new tools and systems. 
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. 

Advantage: 

• Familiarity with data science and data-driven analytics.  
• A working knowledge of Python data science stack or similar frameworks.
