The group has 200 employees, between Mexico, Cyprus and Tel-Aviv and the monthly marketing budget is in Millions of US Dollars

Job Description:

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced In-App Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in in-app marketing, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the gambling industry. Spanish language skills are a significant plus. This role is crucial for scaling acquisition efforts across Mexico market, ensuring optimal ROI, compliance, and strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Marketing Strategies of our 4 Apps (Casino and sport on iOS and aOS)
• Execute the strategies to drive App growth and user engagement.
• Create, Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with content, and design teams to align marketing efforts.

Requirements:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in App marketing.

✔️ Fluency in English (Spanish is a BIG +).

✔️ Experience with Firebase, and AppsFlyer.

✔️ Deep understanding of App tracking issue.

✔️ Experience in the gambling industry is a major advantage.

✔️ Hands-on experience with high-budget management ($100K+/month).

✔️ Must be based in Israel (or Cyprus) and able to work onsite.

✔️ Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

✔️ Knowledge of Mexico and LATAM markets is big added value.

Added Value:
