Requirements:

10+ years of experience in software product management, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles (director /Head of Product)
Proven success leading global B2C product organizations at scale
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic product decisions and lead teams through complex execution
Track record of delivering impactful products in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills with a data-informed mindset
Passion for user experience and continuous product improvement
