Guidde is looking for a passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our support team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing role, a passion for helping people, and the ability to think creatively to solve customer issues. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We are looking for a support specialist committed to providing a world-class experience for our customers.

What you’ll do:
- Help customers with product questions and issues
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team Lead and team to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Enhance the product based on customer feedback by working with our development and product teams
- Develop and document internal and customer-facing product knowledge
About you:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Curious, empathetic, and take the time to "read between the lines" to understand customer needs beyond the surface.
- Take pride in truly knowing the product and can think critically to identify and address issues that others might miss.
- Ability to self-manage, be proactive and take initiative
- Previous experience working with video platforms - An advantage
- Experience with Intercom, JIRA, Hubspot - An advantage
