We’re looking for a Manual QA Tester to join our Applications team in the Information Systems division.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze requirements documents.
• Write and execute test cases and supporting documentation.
• Prepare test data and manage the bug lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with system analysts and developers.
• Occasionally work with key stakeholders across different divisions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing, including writing STD (Standard Test Documentation) – Required
• Proven experience working with system analysts and developers – Required
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering or completion of a certified testing course – Required
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, join – Required
• Familiarity with CRM processes – Advantage
• Understanding of interfaces between various computing systems – Advantage
