Performance Optimization: Analyze weekly campaign results to optimize performance, enhance engagement, and improve conversion and deliverability rates.
Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to create compelling content and integrate campaigns seamlessly.
Continuous Improvement: Implement personalization and automation strategies to optimize marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a digital marketing role specializing in paid campaigns within an eCommerce company.
Data & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity: Strong creative thinking with a strategic approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
