We're hiring a Head of R&D – hands-on leadership in a boutique dev company

We’re looking for an exceptional **Head of R&D (Hands-on)** to join our **boutique software development company** based in Ramat Gan (1 day WFH, next to the train).

**Reporting directly to the CEO.**

Join our small, well-established, tech-driven company delivering **long-term development projects** for respected clients in industries like **finance, healthcare, and government**.

### In this role you will:

- Lead a strong team of ~13 in-house developers

- Be deeply involved in coding (~50% hands-on)

- Own architecture, delivery, and technical direction

- Work closely with clients on meaningful, high-impact systems
