About the Company:  

A well-funded startup based in Tel Aviv, founded by experienced engineers from elite tech units.  

Mission is to transform the way complex, AI-driven systems are developed and verified — through a novel simulation engine that accelerates workflows and removes bottlenecks in modern chip design processes.  

This is a software product — algorithmic, performance-critical, and deeply technical.

What You’ll Do: 

As a senior member of the core R&D team, you’ll design and implement the foundation of our product using modern C++.  

You'll develop and optimize algorithms, write high-performance code, and build scalable, concurrent systems in a Linux environment.  

You’ll be working closely with the founders, shaping the architecture and tech standards from day one.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of hands-on experience with modern C++  

- Strong background in performance optimization, concurrency, and data structures  

- Experience with algorithm implementation – an advantage  

- Experience with Rust – an advantage  

- Passion for building impactful, high-quality software from the ground up
