Program Management Office Lead

For Biopharma – Operational PMO and BIM Project Leader,

we are looking for a highly qualified PMO and BIM Leader

The position includes:

·       Planning and building a project schedule (Gant) with project managers.

·       Supports the execution of project management tasks, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and methodologies.

·       Working with project managers on updating project progress.

·       Data management and project status tracking.

·       Control, manage, and monitor the project by having routine meetings with project managers.

·       Process synchronization, follow-up of execution, and follow-up ofongoing project requests.

·       Participates in and supports the vendor ranking process.

·       Serves as a hub for training, improvement, and support in project management.

·       Development and maintenance of BIM models for facility projects.

·       Utilize BIM to plan, execute, and track projects.

·       It is a key point of contact for PM's training, improvement and support in the field of BIM.

·       Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with BIM standards.

Requirements:

·       Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field – required

·       At least 2years of experiencein project management, BIM or PMO positions – mandatory

·       Technical knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

·       English – high level, ability to conduct technical discussion and global communication – mandatory.

·       Excellent interpersonal skills

·       Good integration capabilities and manageability without authority

·       Multitasking capability

·       Customer service awareness.

·       Ability to work independently and proactively.

·       Experience in managing subcontractors and/or suppliers – an advantage
