Job Description – Public Sector Sales Manager
General Overview:
Full-cycle sales management for public sector clients, including acquisition of new customers, retention of existing accounts, and in-person meetings across the country. The role blends commercial responsibility with deep technological understanding of the company’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full end-to-end sales process management for new and existing clients
- Face-to-face meetings with clients nationwide
- Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
- Supporting contract renewals and ongoing client activities
- Full command of company solutions, including the ability to present and demonstrate them to business and technical stakeholders
- Collaboration with internal interfaces, particularly SDRs and Sales Operations
- Market awareness of competitors – both technological and commercial
- Supporting public sector marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or Communications – mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales to large enterprise clients – mandatory
- Experience in selling technological solutions, software, CRM systems, or BI platforms – strong advantage
- Experience in public sector sales, including responding to tenders – strong advantage
- Experience in creating work plans and pricing complex projects – advantage
- Business and technical understanding to analyze customer needs
- Excellent English – reading and writing
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet challenging sales targets
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
