Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trading Analyst located in Raanana. The Trading Analyst will analyze market trends, develop and implement trading strategies, and utilize advanced mathematical models to assess financial data. The role involves close collaboration with other team members to leverage analytical skills and trading expertise in pursuit of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze real-time algorithmic trading execution to ensure proper functionality.
• Debug and investigate trading anomalies, execution failures, and performance issues.
• Validate that trading logic, risk controls, and execution strategies are functioning as intended.
• Collaborate with the research and development teams to identify blind spots, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Review trading logs, data feeds, and order execution patterns to detect discrepancies.
• Work with developers to troubleshoot code-level issues and suggest optimizations.
• Assist in developing testing frameworks and automated checks to improve system reliability.
• Maintain and enhance documentation related to system behaviors, workflows, and issue resolution procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Mathematics
•  High hands-on SQL skills (SQL server)
• Experience in Trading and developing Trading Strategies
• Background in Finance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• Experience in predictive technologies or data science is a plus
