Certified Microsoft Courses Instructor (Freelance / Part-Time)

Center for technical education and certification Unitraining is looking for additional instructors to deliver Microsoft training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and/or online training sessions based on Microsoft programs (depending on your expertise: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Windows Server, Security, etc.)
• Prepare participants for Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-900, SC-900, etc.)
• Adapt training materials to suit specific learner groups when needed
• Support learners between sessions/modules (within agreed formats)
• Contribute to the improvement and customization of training programs (if needed)
• Track and report training outcomes

Requirements

• Proven technical expertise in one or more areas of Microsoft technologies
• Valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential and additional relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Azure Associate/Administrator)
• At least 1 year of experience in teaching or delivering corporate training (experience as an internal trainer, team lead, or architect is also acceptable)
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and accessible way
• Flexibility, accountability, and ability to work on a project-based schedule
• English proficiency sufficient for reading documentation and delivering courses based on English materials
• We deliver courses in English, Hebrew, and Russian, so fluency in at least two of these languages is required
• Familiarity with learning platforms (MS Learn, LMS, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
