DevOps Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our growing team!

Amarel was founded in 2004 and operates in various fields, offering complementary professional services to global

and local clients in both defense and commercial sectors.

We are currently seeking an experienced Application Project Engineer to oversee our portfolio of applications within the organization.

What will you be doing?

• Lead and manage a DevOps team as part of a broader DevOps group.
• Drive the implementation of DevOps methodologies and best practices across multiple projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD processes using cutting-edge technologies.
• Support development and integration teams with release pipelines for dev/test/production environments.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience leading a DevOps team.
• At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Git for configuration management.
• Scripting experience in Bash or Python.
• Experience working in Linux and/or Windows environments.
• Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes (OpenShift – an advantage).
• Familiarity with HELM.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with public cloud (AWS) and private cloud environments.
