Then keep reading because we’re on the hunt for a talented, Cloud Monitoring engineer who will join our incredible support team.
As a Cloud Monitoring, our primary responsibility is to handle asked by promptly addressing customer alerts received from Datadog and cases directly from customers.
Over time, we aim to not only provide initial responses but also to train customers in handling similar cases.
Responsibilities:
- Providing first-level support and dispatching cases to the tier 2 team.
- Professional response to monitoring alerts.
- Operate monitoring and security systems (Datadog, CloudTrail, CloudWatch).
- DataDog: Monitoring customer environments, configuring alerts, and setting thresholds.
- BI Tools configuration and support. (CloudHealth, Anadot, LucidScale)
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and network issues as they arise.
- Supporting the customer portal.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on network status.
Qualification:
- Good understanding of operating system (Linux or Windows)
- Great troubleshooting abilities and passion to dive into complicated technical problems in real production environments.
- Familiarity with VPNs, IPSEC, security protocols, and standards.
- Understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., OSI Model, TCP/IP, SSH, Firewalls).
- Familiarity with IDP’s such as: Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD etc. (SSO, SAML protocols)
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken - a must
- Fast learner, team player, independent, with a can-do attitude.
- Experience working with AWS Cloud- Advantage.
- Previous experience as a Support Engineer/NOC- Advantage.
