We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Analytics Team Lead to oversee our top-tier Analytics Department. In this role, you will guide a team of business analysts and use data-driven insights to improve decision-making processes.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to influence product development and drive key business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analytical efforts and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate insights into product development.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of management experience leading business analysts.
- 8+ years analyzing large datasets, particularly with SQL in B2C environments.
- Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a significant advantage.
