We are looking for a Software Architect (Full stack) to join our fantastic team!

As a software architect, you will be leading the architecture of our full stack platform, you will report to the Director of architecture and play a pivotal role across all research and development teams. The position includes direct, hands-on involvement with our product and operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive Technological Innovation: Stay updated with emerging trends, assess their potential benefits, and lead the integration of innovative technologies into our systems and processes.
• Strategic System Design: Lead the planning and design of our software systems, considering scalability requirements and future product roadmap to ensure long-term sustainability and adaptability.
• Problem-Solving Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the development team in tackling complex technical challenges, facilitating innovative solutions when clear paths are not readily apparent.
• Align Stakeholder Goals: Facilitate collaboration between business, product, and R&D teams to ensure alignment of goals, prevent contradictory decisions, and promote a unified strategic direction.
• Optimize R&D Processes: Drive the evolution and scaling of R&D workflows, identify and reduce friction points, and implement tools and practices to enhance efficiency.
  
  

• At least 7 years experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as technical leadership, software architecture, or development management.
• Experience with analytical databases such as: Snowflake, Clickhouse, Bigquery or similar. Experience with data optimization solutions such as: ETLs, materialized views, indexing solutions and others.
• Experience with the end to end pipeline of customer facing solutions, from frontend to backend and databases. Including experience with customer facing APIs, 3rd party integrations, webhooks and similar technologies.
• Deep understanding of software development processes, architectural patterns, and design principles, with a proven ability to apply this knowledge in the design and development of complex software systems.
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with emerging technology trends and successfully drive the adoption of innovative solutions within an organization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effectively aligning goals and facilitating decision-making among diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in strategic planning and design of software systems, focusing on scalability and alignment with future product roadmaps.
• Ability to guide teams in solving complex technical challenges without readily apparent solutions. Experience optimizing development workflows, reducing process friction, and implementing tools and practices that enhance operational efficiency.
