Senior Product Manager - Temporary

Description

We are looking for a brilliant Senior Product Manager to lead Fiverr’s personalization-driven growth efforts.

This role is at the heart of shaping how users engage with the platform, crafting dynamic, trust-building, and personalized experiences that increase conversion, retention, and buyer lifetime value.

In this role, you will drive the vision and execution of personalization across Fiverr's user journeys, delivering contextual experiences powered by behavioral insights and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work across domains to create scalable systems that guide users toward meaningful actions and enable long-term engagement.

This position is temporary, a replacement for maternity leave.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Drive growth through personalization by owning product experiences that boost conversion and engagement through contextual, data-informed UI.
• Lead a multidisciplinary product team, working closely with developers, designers, analysts, and data scientists to build modular and adaptive experiences.
• Own and evolve personalization touchpoints across user journeys, ensuring seamless and relevant navigation, recommendations, and content presentation.
• Collaborate deeply with backend and data platform teams, transforming implicit and explicit user data into high-impact, personalized experiences.
• Design and validate experiments to measure the impact of personalization on business KPIs like conversion rate, ASP, and repeat purchase rate.
• Champion personalization use cases across the company, identifying new opportunities to embed intelligent recommendations and tailored content throughout the platform.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2C, growth, personalization, or recommendation-focused domains.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven user experiences that improved engagement and business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of personalization systems, segmentation strategies, and behavioral UX.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and shipping complex features with both technical and design components.
• Skilled in working with data science teams to translate business needs into model-driven outcomes.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills—comfortable with testing, funnel analysis, and interpreting behavioral data.
• Passion for building intuitive, personalized product experiences that users love.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
• BA/MA/BSc/MSc in a relevant field.
