Role Description

We’re looking for a Junior Data Engineer who’s excited about building data pipelines from the ground up and wants to make a real impact in the healthcare space. This is a full-time opportunity to work with experienced professionals, cutting-edge tools, and meaningful data.

What you’ll do

Design and develop scalable, reliable data pipelines across the organization
Ensure data quality and consistency through validation and monitoring
Automate data workflows using AI-driven solutions
Learn how to map complex medical data to standard healthcare ontologies
Work with technologies like AWS (S3, Aurora PostgreSQL, Redshift, EC2), and DBT
Collaborate closely with clinicians, data scientists, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

Background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields (students or recent grads welcome)
Solid knowledge of SQL
Hands-on experience with Python
Understanding of data modeling concepts
Ability to learn independently and solve problems creatively
Strong communication skills in English
Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to grow
