We’re now looking for our Founding AI Engineer — someone who’s equal parts builder, owner, and visionary. This isn’t your average software engineer role. You’ll be joining as one of the first hires and will help shape everything from technical architecture to product direction to culture.

🧠 What You’ll Be Building

You’ll be responsible for building and scaling the AI foundation of our product. We’re early, which means you’ll wear a lot of hats — and help design the hats too.

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM- and embedding-based features powering personalized commerce funnels.

• Own AI workflows end-to-end — from data processing to model deployment to real-time inference.

• Build pipelines to turn store and influencer data into structured inputs for AI generation.

• Prototype, test, and productionize prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.

• Work closely with engineering, product, and design to ship magical user experiences.

• Help define our AI strategy and make foundational decisions about tools, models, and infra.

💡 You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Thrive in ambiguity and love turning 0 → 1.

• Have 3–5+ years of experience in applied ML or AI engineering, ideally with LLMs or generative models.

• Are fluent in Python and familiar with modern AI/ML libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, etc).

• Have experience deploying models into production (bonus for vector databases, retrieval systems, serverless inferencing).

• Have a deep interest in personalization, UX, and creating intuitive AI products that feel like magic.

• Are curious, fast-learning, and love experimentation.

• Have experience (or an itch) for startup ownership — you treat the product like your own.
