Financial Planning Analyst

You can Expect:

• Ownership of the monthly consolidation and reporting process – actual results and forecasts.
• Full responsibility for the economic consolidation system – deep familiarity, efficient use, and troubleshooting.
• Ongoing business monitoring of monthly, quarterly, and annual results of the subsidiaries abroad – analyzing results, identifying risks, highlighting gaps, preparing presentations, and reporting to management.
• Collaboration with financial analysts and control managers in international subsidiaries to improve, monitor, and analyze received financial data.
• Active participation in the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning for Strauss Coffee International.
• Conducting various financial analyses, managing special projects, and building financial models and scenario analyses.

Experience Require

• Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or financial control.
• Proficiency in Excel, PPT.- Mandatory. Experience with Power BI – an advantage.
• High proficiency in English – Mandatory;
• Strong analytical skills, adaptability ,proactivity, with strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Broad business perspective.
