About the position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing team at our innovative AgTech startup (Tel Aviv, hybrid). You Will

• Own the entire product lifecycle — from ideation, discovery, and roadmap planning to execution and post-launch analysis.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features.
• Work with customers to obtain and gather and analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
• Translate complex needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and monitor product success metrics (KPIs) to evaluate performance and drive ongoing optimization.
• Be the internal advocate for users, ensuring their voice is heard throughout the product development process.
• Help shape the long-term product strategy in alignment with Acclym’s mission and market opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or software company
• Experience leading development teams from the product side — setting priorities, managing trade-offs, and ensuring smooth, focused execution.
• Strong understanding of software development processes; experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience working with sales teams, including preparing product materials, demos, and interactive prototypes to support pre-sales and customer engagements.
• Proven success in delivering and scaling products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-obsessed with a deep sense of empathy for end users.
• Technical fluency — comfortable engaging in conversations about APIs, data models, and system architecture.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in AgTech, ClimateTech, or Sustainability-focused products.
