Head of Mobile Performance

We are TenX Ads, a fast-growing user acquisition and monetization company specializing in search arbitrage and mobile performance. We’re a small, ambitious team making big moves in the digital advertising world, and we’re looking for our next superstar to join us as an Head of Mobile Performance in our Mobile Performance team.

About the Role

As our Head of Mobile Performance, you will build, design, shape the new activity of mobile performance. You will onboard and work closely with direct advertisers, ad networks, and publishers, focusing on CPI and CPA campaigns. This is a unique career growth opportunity for someone ready to lead, develop, and eventually build out a team. You’ll play a key role in managing and expanding our mobile performance activities while optimizing and onboarding new advertisers and publishers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with direct advertisers, agencies, and networks.
• Actively onboard new advertisers and publishers to grow our mobile performance ecosystem.
• Monitor and optimize CPI/CPA campaigns to ensure maximum performance.
• Handle API and S2S integrations and tracking while working with tracking tools like Affise, Appsflyer, Adjust, and Protect 360.
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure clear expectations and seamless delivery.
• Drive the growth of direct advertiser accounts by identifying new opportunities and optimization areas.
• Lead the development of the mobile performance division, with a view toward building and growing a team around you.

About You

• At least 3 years of experience in mobile advertising and affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency with mobile ad tech platforms such as Affise, Appsflyer, Adjust, and Protect 360.
• Proven ability to work with CPI and CPA campaigns.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership potential with a passion for building and scaling new initiatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to grow from the ground up.
