About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Product organization. This role offers significant company-wide impact and high visibility. You will play a key role in shaping our product strategy, directly influencing amp Fitness’s primary objective: enhancing customer lifetime value. By taking ownership of key data reporting and research processes, your contributions will directly inform our business strategy, pivotal organizational processes, and the end-to-end customer journey.

Key responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Retention – Work with Product teams to enhance customer experience, identify retention drivers, and develop AI-based models.
• Research & Analysis – Analyze customer and business challenges, leverage data insights, and provide recommendations to maximize customer value.
• Experimentation – Design and run A/B tests to measure impact and optimize key metrics.
• Data Visualization – Build clear reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Insights & Influence – Present findings to Product, Customer Support, and leadership to drive engagement.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with product managers, designers, operations, and engineers to improve the customer experience.
• R&D Partnership – Define analytics and tracking for new features, ensuring data-driven decisions from the start.

Requirements

• Experience – 5+ years as a Product Analyst in a B2C company (Must). Experience in gaming, wellness, or lifestyle is a significant advantage.
• Retention Expertise – Strong knowledge of churn prediction, cohort analysis, and retention strategies.
• Strategic Execution – Proven ability to lead strategies from concept to implementation.
• Technical Skills – Advanced SQL, experience with BI tools (Tableau). Snowflake is a plus.
• Communication – Strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-Solving – Ability to handle complex, ambiguous challenges.
• User-Centered Approach – Passion for understanding user behavior and driving user-focused product development.
• Self-Driven – Curious, proactive, and eager to learn independently.
