Our hotspot services are supportable in military camps, UN compounds and international organizations upon their requirements. Hotspot user management can easily support through high standard devices and servers. The hotspot coverage allows the users access to Internet services by only having single user and password, which will be allocated separately for individual users. Unlimited packages with high quality, secure, fast and reliable Wi-Fi Internet access in the compound at affordable cost.

Job Description

• Design, maintain, and upgrade the ISP's core and access network.
• Ensure network scalability, stability, and performance.
• Oversee routing (BGP, OSPF), switching, and firewall configurations.
• Manage internal servers (DNS, DHCP, email, billing system etc.).
• Ensure uptime of customer-facing platforms and backend systems.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols (firewalls, intrusion detection, DDoS protection).
• Ensure data protection and compliance with relevant laws.
• Supervise resolution of all technical issues where the assistance/ coordination is required.
• Provide support to the NOC (Network Operations Center) and helpdesk teams for escalated problems.
• Use network monitoring tools (PRTG) to detect and prevent outages.
• Continuously optimize bandwidth usage and quality of service (QoS).
• Full knowledge of ISP-level tasks.
• Capable of installing any kind of setup and troubleshooting it.
• Extensive knowledge of Huawei microwave technology.
• Proficient in Cisco routers and switches.
• Fully trained in MikroTik routers.
• Ability to supervise and resolve any issues that arise.
• Capable of providing technical support.
• Able to work independently when the team is not present.
• Comprehensive knowledge of installing and troubleshooting various P2P devices.
• Sufficient knowledge of maintaining and troubleshooting monitoring servers.
• any other task assigned by the IT manager, management.
  
  

Job Requirements

• University degree is required in the relevant field, IT/ Computer science.
• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Pashto / Dari and English is required.
• at least three years of experience at the ISP level.
