Network Zone have expert team for installation of different type of microwave for data communication, such as NERA, NEC, ZTE and Huawei brand microwave used for different projects.

Our hotspot services are supportable in military camps, UN compounds and international organizations upon their requirements. Hotspot user management can easily support through high standard devices and servers. The hotspot coverage allows the users access to Internet services by only having single user and password, which will be allocated separately for individual users. Unlimited packages with high quality, secure, fast and reliable Wi-Fi Internet access in the compound at affordable cost.

Job Description

• Payment Collection & Follow-ups:
• Contact customers and visits to remind them of overdue payments.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
• Maintain proper records of collections and pending payments/ invoices.
• Customer Interaction & Support:
• Address customer inquiries regarding their bills, payment methods, and outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers who face financial difficulties.
• Provide receipts and ensure smooth transactions.
• Billing & Account Management:
• Verify customer account details and ensure billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with the relevant authority to resolve any discrepancies.
• Keep records of defaulters and escalate cases as needed.
• Legal & Recovery Process:
• Work with legal teams for the recovery of long-overdue payments.
• Issue warnings and final notices to non-paying customers.
• Recommend disconnection of services for defaulters.
• Feedback & Coordination:
• Work closely with the finance and sales teams to improve collection efficiency.
• Provide feedback on customer behavior and potential risks.
  
  

Job Requirements

• High school is required
• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
• Self-motivated with an ability to achieve 100% targets/ collections.
• Must be quite enough familiar in Kabul City.
• The candidate must be able to ride a motorbike in Kabul city for payment collections.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of legal procedures related to debt collection
• Fluency in local languages i.e. Pashto / Dari is required. knowledge of English language is an Asset.
• at least one year of experience in payment collections or accounts receivable (preferably in an ISP or telecom company)
